As a freshman in college, I had a good friend named Josh, who was at my university through scholarships and financial aid programs. He was as crafty as they come, and was always looking for new ways to make money.
He revealed to me one day that he made most of his spare cash betting through a bookie on college basketball! All day long he would read stats and watch game highlights and recaps to get a feel of which teams and players were performing best, and almost every night he would be plopped on his couch, phone in hand, shouting at his TV screen.
